Helen of Troy is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with a strong IT and Finance background to support EMEA operations. You will analyze, design, and implement solutions around Financials, Incentive Compensation, Costing & Revenue Management within Oracle ERP and related tools.

The role requires collaboration with finance, IT, and global teams, plus experience leading workshops, mapping business processes to ERP configurations, and delivering BRDs/FRDs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/IT or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Oracle ERP Financials and financial planning tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business processes into IT solutions.

Aufgaben

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for Oracle Financial modules across EMEA and global users.
• Lead discovery workshops with Finance leaders and SMEs to design ERP solutions.
• Create BRDs/FRDs, process flows and test scenarios to enable deployments.
