Helen of Troy is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with a strong IT and Finance background to support our growing EMEA operations. Based in Bussigny, Switzerland or London, UK, this role combines finance, IT, and business process optimization to deliver effective Oracle Finance solutions.

The ideal candidate will design, configure, and implement Oracle ERP solutions, participate in discovery workshops, and create clear documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, IT or related area with progressive IT solutions experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Finance modules and integration points across GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, and FP&A.

Aufgaben

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for EMEA and global users on Oracle Financial Modules and other financial systems.
• Lead discovery workshops with Finance leaders and SMEs and translate processes into Oracle ERP designs.
• Create BRDs/FRDs, process flows, configuration workbooks, test scenarios, and training materials.
• Guide end-to-end lifecycle from design to cutover and stabilization.
• Coordinate with global teams to resolve issues and ensure timely user responses.
