iGroove is seeking a seasoned Operations Lead to own distribution, DSP onboarding, and content monetization workflows. You will coordinate partner deals, ensure compliance, and drive efficiency with AI-assisted processes.

Expect a high-ownership role with growth toward building AI agents for scalable operations. You will manage contracts, SLA-driven deliverables, and collaborate with external counsel while maintaining strong partner relations across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in music distribution, label services or DSP operations.
• Deep knowledge of DSP landscape and Rights Management at scale.
• Delivery & royalties, DDEX (ERN), revenue-sharing and DSP reporting formats.
• Hands-on contracts work with external counsel and licensing terms.
• Experience with content integrity, AI-assisted workflows and compliance programs.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of distribution and Label OS.
• Handle partner deals from terms to live, onboarding with Partner Kit.
• Oversee DSP onboarding, feeds, territories and delivery troubleshooting.
• Operate YouTube CMS/Content ID, monetization and performance improvements.
• Manage contracts within 48-hour SLA and maintain compliance docs.
• Build and iterate AI agents for recurring workflows in area.
