iGroove AG is seeking a Senior Operations & Business Affairs Manager to lead day-to-day distribution and Label OS operations. You will drive partner onboarding, DSP operations, and YouTube content monetization, while maintaining contracts and ensuring compliance.

The role evolves to build AI-enabled workflows and agent-driven improvements, with a flexible, hybrid work model in the EU timezone. You will own multiple streams, coordinate with external counsel, and push for operational

Formación

• 5+ years in music distribution, label services or DSP operations.
• Deep knowledge of the DSP landscape and Rights Management/Content ID at scale.
• Delivery & royalties experience with DDEX, royalty accounting and DSP reporting formats.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day operations of distribution and Label OS business.
• Onboard partners and manage deals from terms to live with the Partner Operations Kit.
• Oversee DSP onboarding, feeds, territories and policy troubleshooting.
• Operate YouTube CMS/Content ID, monetization and audits.
• Handle contracts within a 48-hour SLA and coordinate with external counsel.
• Ensure compliance, content integrity and fraud detection with partners.
• Maintain SOPs and playbooks for AI-enabled workflows.
• Develop and deploy AI agents for recurring workflows.
