Job summary

iGroove is seeking a Senior Operations & Business Affairs Manager to own the day-to-day operations of distribution and Label OS, partnering with the COO on strategic initiatives. You will manage partner deals, DSP onboarding, YouTube CMS operations, and legal/compliance processes within a 48-hour SLA.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in music distribution or DSP operations, deep DSP/YouTube knowledge, and hands-on experience with contracts, royalties, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in music distribution, label services or DSP operations.
• Knowledge of DSP landscape plus Rights Management/Content ID experience at scale.
• Familiarity with DDEX (ERN), royalty accounting, revenue-share models, settlement processes and DSP reporting formats.
• Hands-on experience with distribution agreements, NDAs and licensing terms; ability to redline and work with external counsel.
• Experience with content integrity, artificial-streaming response and platform compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations of distribution and Label OS business; support COO in strategic initiatives.
• Manage partner deals from terms to live onboarding with Partner Operations Kit; coordinate catalog migrations and settlements.
• Oversee DSP onboarding end-to-end, feeds, territories, DDEX delivery; troubleshoot DSP operations.
• YouTube CMS / Content ID: claimed videos, monetization, policies, audits and cases.
• Handle contract lifecycle within 48-hour SLA across distribution agreements, NDAs and licensing; external counsel coordination.
• Maintain SOPs and playbooks; produce operational reporting and escalation workflows.
• Work with AI agents: review outputs, flag issues, improve SOPs, and develop automated workflows.
• Over time, build own agents for recurring workflows; maintain compliance with the company’s agent quality standards.
