Job summary

SMG Swiss Marketplace Group is seeking a Senior SEO Manager to drive organic growth across multiple platforms including Real Estate, Automotive, and General Marketplaces. You will bridge Product, Engineering, Marketing and Data to embed SEO into product development and scale landing page systems and content strategies.

You will partner with Product Managers, analysts and engineers to define requirements, create scalable growth frameworks, and measure business impact beyond vanity metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SEO experience on large websites (marketplaces, classifieds, real estate or platforms).
• Experience working with Product teams and agile environments.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actions.
• Ability to plan initiatives and support them with business impact estimates.
• Hands-on knowledge of technical SEO (crawling, indexing, rendering).
• Growth mindset and curiosity for experimentation.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Grow organic growth across multiple SMG business units (Real Estate, Automotive, General Marketplaces or Finance).
• Own and execute Roadmap initiatives and translate search demand into product initiatives.
• Define SEO requirements for new features and scalable platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Marketing; communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
