Swissquote is hiring an Associate Director for Existing Clients in Business Risk Management. You will lead BRM’s oversight and controls for corporate and institutional clients in Gland and Zurich, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to BRM standards.

You will work with front-office, Compliance, and Legal to balance commercial objectives with risk management, improve reviews, and mentor a high‑performing team. Fluency in English and French is required, German a plus.

Formación

• 5–7 years in client periodic reviews, monitoring, or compliance operations in financial services.
• Leadership or team‑lead experience is valued.
• Strong knowledge of FINMA, AMLA, CDB and periodic review standards.
• Excellent organizational and follow-through abilities with deadlines.
• Experience preparing case materials for senior committee reviews.
• Ability to identify risks, design controls, and escalate across lines of defense.
• Experience coordinating audits/monitoring with second-line functions.
• Ability to explain priorities to technical teams in tooling and systems.
• Proven multitasking in a deadline‑driven, high‑volume environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and results‑oriented teamwork.
• Fluent English and French; German a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Direct operational and people management for the Existing Clients team.
• Oversee periodic review processes for institutional clients.
• Coordinate with Sales to ensure timely reviews and documentation.
• Prepare materials for Executive Management committees.
• Identify risks and implement appropriate controls across client relations.
• Collaborate with Quality Control, Remediations, and Compliance on ad-hoc reviews.
• Own reporting on periodic review metrics for senior management.
• Coordinate audits and monitoring with second-line functions.
• Manage escalations with Sales Management and ensure timely action.
• Lead process improvements to boost efficiency and on-time completion.
• Partner with Institutional Sales, Compliance, and Legal for sustainable growth.
