Job summary

Viseca is seeking a Senior Observability & Event Management Service Manager to own end-to-end observability and event management services in Bioggio. You will define the service strategy, roadmap, governance, and drive modernization aligned with regulatory requirements.

You will oversee performance, audits, budget discipline, and partner management while guiding internal teams and external providers to deliver value, resilience, and improved operational analytics.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Several years of IT services experience in complex enterprise environments.
• End-to-end ownership of observability, monitoring, and event management.
• Strong knowledge of Dynatrace or comparable platform.
• Fluent English and Italian; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and roadmap for Observability and Event Management.
• Oversee governance, KPIs, SLAs, reporting and cost optimization.
• Manage technology partners and external providers within budgets.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive automation and analytics initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to translate needs into sustainable solutions.
