Union Bancaire Privée in Geneva seeks an experienced Middle Office professional to monitor and control activities on the alternative investment platform. You will review NAVs, P&L movements, fees and expenses, and oversee onboarding of funds and service providers.

The role requires 7+ years in asset management or fund operations, a relevant degree, and fluency in French and English. Strong analytical skills and regulatory knowledge are essential to manage risk and ensure accuracy in reporting.

Qualificações

• University degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration or related discipline.
• 7+ years in Asset Management, Investment Operations, Fund Accounting or related field.
• Strong knowledge of investment operations, fund accounting processes, and risk controls.
• Fluent in French and English; able to communicate with external managers and counterparties.
• Knowledge of EMIR, UCITS, and AIFMD where applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Review NAV calculations from fund administrators and external portfolio managers; investigate discrepancies and meet deadlines.
• Review investment book P&L; investigate unexplained movements and valuation differences.
• Monitor share class performance; review hedging ratios and related calculations.
• Validate management, performance fees, fund expenses and other billing elements.
• Oversee risk and regulatory reporting; monitor capital activity and counterparty exposure reports.
• Coordinate onboarding of new funds, share classes, external portfolio managers, and service providers.
• Review fund documentation, operating models, fee arrangements, reporting requirements and cash-flow processes.
• Validate setup and testing of new operational processes, controls and reporting requirements.
