• Own end-to-end regional inbound freight transportation for Johnson & Johnson MedTech in EMEA
• Ensure reliable, compliant and cost-effective supply from manufacturing sites and hubs to regional hubs, affiliates, distributor DCs and approved flows
• Lead transportation operations, financial governance, Control Tower execution, freight audit and payment management
• Manage carrier, freight forwarder, broker, 3PL/4PL and logistics service provider performance
• Drive operational issue resolution, root-cause management, corrective actions and service improvement
• Own regional transportation budget planning, forecasting, spend visibility and cost improvement programs
• Govern Control Tower, freight audit, payment processes and spend-visibility solutions
• Lead supplier relationship management, business reviews, transport tenders and rate governance
• Represent Regional Transportation in supply-chain forums, IBP/S&OP processes, business reviews and transformation programs
• Lead transportation readiness for NPI, acquisitions, divestitures, network changes and new capabilities
• Advance digital transportation capabilities, TMS, analytics, master data and reporting automation
• Establish business continuity plans and ensure GDP, quality, security, trade and transport compliance
• Integrate sustainability into transport decisions and modal optimization
• Lead, coach and develop a diverse MedTech IBF transportation team

Requirements
