• Minimum 8 years of related experience.

• End-to-end supply chain mindset with Make/Plan/Source/Deliver interfaces.

• Own MedTech EMEA IBF transportation operations and reliability.
• Lead transportation financial governance, budget management and CIP delivery.
• Govern Control Tower, freight audit and payment processes.
• Lead carrier, 3PL/4PL and SRM performance management.
• Integrate transportation into IBP, network strategy and business transformation.
• Own Transportation Readiness For NPI, A&D And New Capabilities.
• Drive digital transport, analytics and process maturity.
• Manage risk, compliance, quality and sustainability execution.
• Build and develop the MedTech IBF transportation team.
• Perform other transportation, supply chain, compliance, financial or people leadership activities as assigned by the supervisor.
