Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Supply Chain leader to drive end-to-end strategy for Switzerland, Austria, and the Nordics from a regional hub in Switzerland. You will align supply chain activities with global priorities and deliver excellence in service, cost efficiency, inventory optimization, and cash flow performance.

You will partner with Commercial leadership to support growth, launch readiness, deal enablement, and portfolio lifecycle management, while owning service KPIs and coordinating

• Lead and implement the end-to-end supply chain strategy for Switzerland, Austria and the Nordics


• Align supply chain activities with global EP/NV priorities and deliver service, cost efficiency, inventory optimization, and cash flow performance


• Partner with Commercial leadership to support business growth, supply reliability, launch readiness, deal enablement, portfolio lifecycle management, tenders, and selected customer interactions


• Own customer service performance and customer experience, including service KPIs such as OTIF, fill rate, and lead times


• Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement plans


• Act as the main Supply Chain representative in cross-functional collaboration with Planning, Customer Service, Distribution & Transportation, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Finance


• Manage supply disruptions and escalations, resolve shortages, coordinate allocation decisions, and implement recovery plans


• Foster a high-performance, customer-focused, and inclusive culture


• Drive continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives using ERP systems, advanced planning tools such as OMP, and analytics


• Ensure effective stakeholder communication with commercial teams and other stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of end-to-end supply chain experience, including experience in complex and matrixed environments


• Proven experience leading supply chain operations at country, regional or global level


• Strong experience with IBP / S&OP processes and enterprise decision-making


• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or regulated industries is required


• Deep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including planning, logistics, inventory management, and customer service


• Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to optimize service, cost, growth, and cash simultaneously


• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and transformations


• Strong influencing skills and ability to align senior stakeholders without direct authority


• Experience working closely with Quality and Regulatory Affairs functions


• Bachelor’s degree required


• Willingness to travel (~30%)


• Certifications such as APICS, IBF, PMP, Lean or Six Sigma are a plus
