The role requires 8+ years in logistics, a degree in logistics or business, and strong stakeholder communication at senior levels. Fluency in English is essential; other European languages are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 years of related experience.
• University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business.
• Fluent in English.
• Other European languages are a plus.
• End-to-end supply chain mindset spanning Make, Plan, Source, Deliver, Quality, Trade Compliance and Finance interfaces.
• Ability to lead through influence in a regional matrix organization and make decisions with incomplete information.
• Strong problem-solving, operational discipline and structured issue-resolution skills.
• Ability to convert business needs into transportation solutions, trade-off decisions and execution plans.
• Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders, including concise executive updates, clear escalation paths and decision-ready recommendations.
• Knowledge of GDP, quality systems, CAPA/NC processes, SOP governance and transport compliance requirements.
• Experience with NPI, acquisitions/divestitures, network changes, new transportation modalities, launch readiness or business continuity planning
• Change leadership, project management and process standardization capabilities
• Safety, compliance and Credo mindset focused on patients, customers and responsible business outcomes
