Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree from a reputable University with excellent academic records.
• 1-3 years for Consultant and 3-6 years for a Senior Consultant in Big4 or equivalent consultancies.
• Customer-centricity and strong interpersonal skills; a team player.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; good presentation and communication.
• Excellent written and verbal English and German; keen interest in technology.

• Contribute to engagement teams to realize clients’ strategy, process, people, and technology transformations
• Participate in transformational technology consulting engagements: Technology Strategy & Assessment
• Business/technology/solution architecture
• Business and IT requirements definition
• IT process design
• Transformational technology program management
• Design and improvement of IT operating models
• ServiceNow and Microsoft technologies advisory
• Work effectively and independently as a team member, sharing responsibility and updating senior team members
• Leverage data and technology to deliver innovative client solutions
• Prepare high quality work products for clients and related parties in a timely manner
• Identify risks and raise issues with senior team members
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients’ personnel
• Build internal EY consulting relationships across services
• Follow EY educational programs to develop personal skills
• Contribute to people-related initiatives including recruiting and retaining professionals
