EY is seeking a Consultant to strengthen our People Consulting Change Management team in Geneva, Basel, or Zurich. You will collaborate with experienced colleagues to help clients evolve their ways of working amid technology-enabled transformation, workplace changes, or culture evolution.

The role offers exposure to large, international projects and a chance to develop client-facing and delivery skills through structured coaching and diverse teams.

Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years of consulting or industry experience in change management.
• Ability to work in large, international, interdisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in English; German or French also required.

Aufgaben

• Help with the design and delivery of organizational change, learning, communication, culture, and workforce transformation initiatives for leading organizations.
• Work on business and technology transformations, including ERP, digital, AI-enabled, and operating model transformation programs.
