EY Switzerland seeks a Manager or Senior Manager in People Consulting to guide organizational change, learning, and workforce transformation for leading organizations, locally and internationally.

You will partner with senior client stakeholders to design and deliver programs, mentor teams, and contribute to business development while leveraging SAP S/4HANA transformation experience and English proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• 6–10 years of experience in consulting or industry, focused on change management and workforce transformation.
• Experience delivering complex transformation programs and managing client stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage teams and workstreams while maintaining a high-quality client experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead the design and delivery of organizational change, learning, culture and workforce transformation initiatives for leading organizations.
• Partner with client executives and transformation leaders to develop adoption strategies and realize business benefits.
• Guide clients through business and technology transformations, including ERP, digital, AI-enabled, and operating model changes.
• Manage project teams and coach junior colleagues to deliver high-quality outcomes and client experiences.
• Drive business development activities, including client relationships, proposals, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Lead workstreams or end-to-end programs from strategy and design through implementation and sustainment.
• Contribute to EY's People Consulting practice growth through innovation and market activities.
