Job summary

BeOne seeks a Director of Value Demonstration & Access Evidence Strategy in the Basel area to shape payer evidence across the product lifecycle and align HTA, reimbursement and pricing needs with development plans.

You will collaborate with GVAP, HEOR, Medical Affairs and Regulatory to support Joint Clinical Assessments and national submissions, while surfacing US requirements and reconciling them with ex-US expectations. Travel ~15% is anticipated.

Qualifications

• MSc or higher in health economics, epidemiology, public health, biostatistics, life sciences or health policy; PhD/ PharmD/ MD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement global HTA and payer evidence strategies across the product lifecycle.
• Influence clinical development with market access input for registrational studies, endpoints and populations.
• Coordinate US and ex-US evidence requirements and ensure integrated evidence plans across regions.
