Job summary

BeiGene, Ltd. in Basel is seeking an Associate Director for Global Value & Access in Hematology to drive global pricing, reimbursement and market access strategies across indications and regions.

You will lead cross-functional collaborations with HEOR, Medical, Regulatory, Commercial and regional teams to ensure launch readiness and lifecycle value. In this role you will shape early value propositions, coordinate payer evidence, and guide evidence generation plans while aligning with affiliates

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, health economics, pharmacy, health policy, or related field.
• Advanced degree strongly preferred (MSc, MPH, PharmD, PhD, or MBA).

Responsibilities

• Develop global pricing and reimbursement strategies across indications and regions.
• Coordinate with HEOR, Medical, Regulatory, Commercial and regional teams.
• Build country-ready reimbursement toolkits and value dossiers for launch readiness.
• Support asset lifecycle planning and evidence-generation prioritization.
