Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. seeks an experienced Market Access leader to drive global value, access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies for its oncology/hematology assets across geographies.

You will translate pivotal evidence into differentiated access tactics and country-ready toolkits, coordinating with HEOR, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and regional teams to secure payer support at launch and through lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of biopharmaceutical experience in global value, access, pricing and reimbursement.
• Experience in country/regional market access and payer decision-making.
• Experience developing global pricing and market access strategy for oncology/hematology products.

Responsibilities

• Drive global access & pricing strategy for assigned assets across geographies.
• Develop country-ready toolkits and evidence plans to support payer conversations.
• Coordinate with HEOR, Medical, Regulatory and Commercial teams to align access initiatives.
• Lead preparation of global launch & access readiness activities and governance inputs.
• Collaborate with affiliate teams to optimize reimbursement pathways across lifecycle.

Global market access experience

HTA knowledge & payer landscape

Education

Bachelor's degree in life sciences, health economics, pharmacy, health policy, business, or related field

Advanced degree (MSc, MPH, PharmD, PhD, MBA) strongly preferred
