Job summary

BeOne is seeking an Associate Director to drive global access, pricing, and reimbursement launch-readiness for hematology assets across indications and geographies. This role collaborates with HEOR, Medical, Regulatory, and Commercial to optimize payer value and patient access from launch through lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, health economics, pharmacy, health policy, business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of biopharmaceutical experience in value, access, pricing, and reimbursement roles.
• Expertise in HTA processes and payer systems across key markets (e.g., G-BA / IQWiG, NICE, HAS) and US payer environment.
• Experience building global value dossiers, HTA / EU HTA JCA submission content, and payer value evidence with HEOR.
• Working knowledge of global or major-market pricing strategy, IRP / reference-pricing management, and price / revenue modeling.
• Strong understanding of pivotal-trial evidence interpretation and comparator/competitive assessment in oncology/hematology.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional and cross-regional initiatives in a matrixed global organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead global market access and reimbursement strategy across lead and future pipeline indications.
• Input development to inform asset lifecycle planning and evidence prioritization.
• Translate payer insights into recommendations for development, pricing, and commercialization planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate payer requirements into development and trial design.
• Create country-ready access toolkits in partnership with HEOR, including dossiers and budget impact.
• Track access milestones and risks against the launch plan with regional teams.
• Support affiliates with access deliverables and train teams on toolkits.
• Monitor HTA and policy developments and update strategy accordingly.
