Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager of Cost Engineering to lead the IM Cost Engineering center of excellence in Zug, Switzerland, focusing on cost modeling, design to value, and strategic cost management. Qualifications

Master of Engineering or Bachelor’s in Engineering or Biological Sciences required.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
15+ years of experience in manufacturing with broad process knowledge across multiple technologies.
Negotiation skills with fact-based rationale.

Responsibilities

Lead cost engineering initiatives and governance across IM SC categories.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address cost opportunities identified via cost modeling and supplier cost transparency analyses.
Develop and govern cost structures and design-for-value benchmarks for IM portfolio.
Oversee CE digital technologies (Siemens PCM, cost transparency databases, PRISMA 360 data assets).
Mentor and onboard CE resources and lead training priorities.
