Job summary

The role requires at least 6 years of procurement experience, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of leading cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 6 years of procurement experience, inside or outside procurement.
• Proven data analytics, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and decisions.
• Strong planning and organization capabilities; excellent communication.
• Familiarity with digital and AI tools used in procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement for External Manufacturing category.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business needs.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and manage supplier performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, QA, R&D, Legal, Finance).
• Drive cost avoidance, supplier diversity, and risk mitigation.
• Use data and analytics to guide decision making and improvements.
