Qualifications

  • Master of Engineering or Bachelor’s in Engineering or Biological Sciences required.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in manufacturing with broad process knowledge across multiple technologies.
  • Negotiation skills with fact-based rationale.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cost engineering initiatives and governance across IM SC categories.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address cost opportunities identified via cost modeling and supplier cost transparency analyses.
  • Develop and govern cost structures and design-for-value benchmarks for IM portfolio.
  • Oversee CE digital technologies (Siemens PCM, cost transparency databases, PRISMA 360 data assets).
  • Mentor and onboard CE resources and lead training priorities.
