Job summary

Partner Company in Switzerland seeks an M&A Integration and Carve-Out Practitioner to guide technology decisions during mergers, acquisitions, integrations and separations. This senior, hands-on role focuses on due diligence, Day 1 readiness and value creation.

You will collaborate with investment teams, operating partners and senior technology executives, lead integration or separation workstreams, and provide interim technology leadership on complex deals.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of technology experience across strategy, operations, transformation or delivery.
• Experience leading technology integrations, separations, or carve-outs in transactions.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical info for investment and execution decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology due diligence and assess integration/separation requirements pre- and post-signing.
• Review environments: applications, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data, vendors, and operating models.
• Develop sign-to-close plans and Day 1 readiness requirements for technology.
