Lever, Inc. seeks a senior M&A Integration and Carve-Out Practitioner based in Switzerland to guide technology decisions across pre-close diligence, sign-to-close planning, and post-close execution.

You will collaborate with investment teams, operating partners, and senior tech leaders to manage risks, validate assumptions, and deliver Day 1 readiness with measurable value creation. You will lead technology due diligence, assess ecosystems, identify risks, and shape transition strategies

Qualifications

• 15+ years in technology with enterprise experience
• Experience leading technology integrations, separations, or carve-outs
• Strong understanding of enterprise apps, infrastructure, cloud, and security
• Ability to translate technical findings into investment and execution decisions

Responsabilités

• Lead technology due diligence before signing or closing
• Evaluate technology environments including apps, infrastructure, security, data, and vendors
• Identify transaction risks and value drivers affecting deal terms and Day 1 readiness
• Assess feasibility and financial implications of integration, separation, or standalone models
• Review transition service agreements and TSA gaps
• Develop sign-to-close plans with milestones, ownership, dependencies, and costs
• Define Day 1 technology readiness and governance models
• Lead post-close execution and interim technology leadership as needed
