Qualifications

• 15+ years of post-merger integration, M&A, strategy, or enterprise transformation leadership within complex organizations.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional integrations and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Deep business and financial acumen with ability to translate transaction business cases into operational plans and realized synergies.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-merger integrations end-to-end across ABB Robotics.
• Drive cross-functional integration execution with Finance, People&Culture, Legal, IS, and Operations.
• Define the integration approach with business leaders to standardize or differentiate capabilities, processes, platforms, and ways of working.
• Protect business continuity and value drivers, maintaining critical capabilities and customer relationships.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and decisions to maintain momentum and value realization.
• Deliver acquisition value by monitoring progress against the business case and synergy targets.
• Build ABB Robotics' integration capability by developing scalable methodologies and best practices across future transactions.
