Lonza Group Ltd. in Basel, Switzerland is seeking an IT M&A Transaction Manager to lead end-to-end IT deal activities for mergers, acquisitions and carve-outs.

You will guide due diligence, Day 1 readiness, integration/separation, and TSA exits, working with stakeholders, vendors and Legal/HR/Finance to protect continuity and realize value. Qualifications

• Proven track record managing full IT transaction lifecycle—from due diligence to TSA exit.
• Deep technical grasp spanning cloud, infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, and core apps.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, data integrity, and GxP/CSV standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT workstreams across acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, and carve-outs from due diligence to Day 1 readiness and post-close integration/separation.
• Plan and conduct comprehensive IT due diligence across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and licensing.
• Quantify IT deal risks, one-time costs, stranded costs, and technical debt for robust business cases.
• Define target IT operating models and Day 1 readiness plans for identity, networks, cyber controls, and apps.
• Coordinate cross-functional IT teams and vendors to execute roadmaps and manage project risks.
