Job summary

Nestlé in Vevey, Switzerland is seeking a Senior Acquisitions & Business Development Manager to drive strategic M&A initiatives across zones and SBUs. You will lead end-to-end acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures, ensuring governance and disciplined valuation.

You will collaborate with finance, legal, and leadership to assess opportunities, manage risks, and negotiate terms that create value for the group on a global scale. Fluent English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions within multinational settings.
• Strong financial analysis, governance, and risk management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape M&A strategies with Zones and SBUs and evaluate opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end acquisition and divestment processes with governance.
• Assess risks and opportunities to strengthen decision-making and value.
• Coordinate internal teams and external advisers to ensure timely completion.
• Provide clear updates to senior management throughout projects.
• Negotiate transaction terms to maximize value and minimize risk.
