Nestlé S.A. in Vevey, Switzerland seeks a Learning Governance & Partnerships Lead to strengthen global learning governance, optimise investments, and embed a consistent operating model across markets.

You will build clear governance, drive standards, improve efficiency and supplier performance, and lead change with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable impact at scale. This hybrid, full-time role offers broad exposure and collaboration with functions and external partners to shape learning

Qualifications

• Strong governance expertise and the ability to turn decision rights, standards and escalation paths into practical ways of working.
• Experience applying commercial judgement to demand planning, portfolio consolidation and supplier performance management.
• Ability to use data and structured change methods to build adoption and measure progress.

Responsibilities

• Build a clear global learning governance framework enabling consistent governance decisions across businesses and markets.
• Drive transparent standards and conformance practices to reduce exceptions and strengthen accountability.
• Improve efficiency, quality and investment value across learning portfolios and markets.
• Strengthen supplier performance through defined specifications and disciplined reviews.
• Lead change, communication and adoption to embed the operating model in everyday work.
• Create reliable insights and reporting to support better decisions and demonstrate impact.
