Job summary

Nestlé S.A. in Vevey is seeking a Senior Acquisitions & Business Development Manager to lead end-to-end M&A initiatives, including acquisitions, divestments, and strategic partnerships that drive growth and value for the group.

You will partner with Zones, SBUs, CFOs and external advisers to ensure rigorous governance, robust valuation, and effective negotiations across geographies, businesses and markets, contributing to global impact.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions or leading complex projects in a multinational setting.
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, governance, risk management and strategy planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills across functions and geographies.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Zones and Strategic Business Units to shape M&A strategies and evaluate opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end acquisition and divestment processes with proper governance and approvals.
• Assess financial, strategic, and operational risks and opportunities to strengthen decision-making.
• Lead negotiations on transaction agreements to optimize value and manage risk for Nestlé.
• Provide timely information to senior management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate internal specialists and external advisers to ensure timely completion of projects.
