Zusammenfassung

EY Parthenon’s Transactions Corporate Finance team in Zurich seeks a (Senior) Consultant to work on mid-market M&A transactions in financial services. You will gain hands-on experience across the deal lifecycle, with exposure to clients and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s in Finance or related field and 2–4 years of M&A experience, with strong modeling, valuation and due diligence skills, plus fluency in English and German. Competitively compensated with career development.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, or Private Equity.
• Experience in financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and stakeholder management.
• English and German fluency; French is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and review transaction deliverables such as information memoranda and client-facing materials.
• Model and value companies using market multiples, precedents, DCF and other methods.
• Support end-to-end M&A transactions, coordinating with clients, lawyers, and internal teams.
• Conduct industry and company analyses to support decisions.
• Identify targets and screening analyses; participate in due diligence and translating findings.
• Manage multiple workstreams with tight deadlines and high-quality deliverables.
• Assist business development through pitches and proposals.
