Qualifikationen

• First experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or transaction diligence.
• Fluent in English and German; French a plus.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to work independently.

Aufgaben

• Prepare transaction documents such as information memorandum, teaser, and management presentations.
• Value companies using market multiples and DCF models.
• Assist in the execution of M&A transactions from pitch to close.
• Conduct industry and company analyses.
• Prepare potential buyer and target lists and support due diligence.
• Sharpen accounting, valuations and financial modeling skills while managing multiple projects.
