Job summary

EY in Zürich seeks a Senior Business Development Consultant focused on Financial Services to identify growth opportunities for the Financial Services Law practice and turn market insight into compelling propositions.

You will work with lawyers and partners across tax, audit, consulting, transactions, and other service lines to pursue cross-border opportunities and deliver commercially focused solutions in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and strong academic performance.
• 6–8 years of experience in business development, strategy, consulting, or related function in Big4 or professional services.
• Proven pipeline and pursuit management experience with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities for the Financial Services Law practice.
• Support pipeline development, account planning, and qualification of opportunities with lawyers and partners.
• Coordinate proposals, RFP responses, pitches, and client presentations from brief to submission.
• Develop integrated solutions by connecting Law with tax, audit, consulting, and transactions.
