Job summary

Brock & Decker in Zurich is seeking a Transaction Services professional to conduct buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence. You will analyse financial performance, earnings quality, working capital and cash flow, and identify key risks and drivers for clients including corporate and private equity.

• 3+ years in Transaction Services or Financial Due Diligence or a closely related advisory function.
• Background in a Big Four firm preferred, although other relevant advisory backgrounds will be considered.
• Strong financial analysis, accounting and commercial skills.
• Previous exposure to M&A transactions and financial due diligence.
• Fluent English and German
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a transaction-driven environment.
