Job summary

Dentsu in Zurich seeks a Senior Legal Counsel to join our Swiss legal team. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, advising on intellectual property, AI compliance, data protection, and regulatory matters within an international advertising and technology environment.

The ideal candidate brings approximately 6 years of post-qualification experience, Swiss bar admission, and strong commercial acumen.

Qualifications

• Swiss bar admission required.
• Experience with IT/IP/advertising law advantageous.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to advise on AI compliance and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements (CXM contracts, media service agreements, DPAs).
• Advise on IP, data protection, advertising and competition law.
• Assist in risk management and governance processes.
• Support external counsel and manage legal projects.
• Provide strategic legal advice to stakeholders and business units.
