Responsabilidades

• Provide legal advice on technology, data, privacy and digital business models.
• Build relationships across Zurich's businesses and functions globally to shape decisions and initiatives.
• Own legal preparedness for significant data incidents and coordinate regulatory obligations.
• Draft and review intra-group agreements, contracts and other legal documents related to technology and privacy.
• Develop a scalable legal operating model leveraging technology for efficiency.
• Set and execute the strategic direction for Legal Data & Digital aligned with business priorities.
• Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing team and foster collaboration.
• Represent the legal perspective in governance engagements and with regulators and external counsel.
