Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Driving review on commercial contracts (e.g., purchase and sales contracts).
• Interpreting Swiss laws relevant to daily ICT business operations.
• Providing advice on compliance matters (labour law, competition law, trade secrets).
• Handling simple cases before court or official investigations.
• Providing support on DPO and GDPR related matters.
