Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a talented technology lawyer to support AWS sales and legal teams across the EMEA region, with a primary focus on Switzerland from Zurich.

You will draft and negotiate strategic technology services agreements, advise on data privacy, security, and regulatory matters, and provide ongoing legal counsel for enterprise and public sector customers across product development, operations, and public policy.

Qualifications

• Qualified to practice law in Switzerland.
• Post-qualification experience in technology or IT law.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and advise on technology service agreements with enterprise and public sector customers.
• Provide legal support for regional initiatives and regulatory interpretation.
