Andermatt Swiss Alps AG is seeking a Legal Counsel to advise on Swiss contract law and to help drive the digitalisation of our contract processes. The role collaborates closely with various departments, with a strong emphasis on the Hospitality Business Unit.

You will draft, review and negotiate contracts, conduct targeted legal research, and contribute to implementing a new contract management tool. Excellent German and strong English are required.

Formación

• Master of Law (MLaw) from a Swiss university.
• Several years of in-house Swiss legal department experience; hospitality sector experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss contract law and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken German and good English (C1).

Responsabilidades

• Advise on legal matters across business areas, focusing on the Hospitality unit.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts through the lifecycle.
• Conduct legal research and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Support the implementation of a new digital contract management tool and digitisation of processes.
• Review workflows and standardise templates for increased efficiency.
• Support cross-functional projects and the daily activities of the Legal Team.
