Royal Caribbean Group seeks a Basel-based Senior Lead, Indirect Procurement to drive vendor onboarding and onboarding processes for Celebrity River’s European suppliers. You will collaborate with Miami and Basel teams to ensure contracts reflect brand standards, regulatory requirements, and cost targets.

The role requires strong negotiation, cross-cultural communication, and end-to-end procurement experience in Europe.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated purchasing/procurement background is required.
• Proven negotiating capabilities with suppliers and vendors.
• Experience handling end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Strong knowledge of European geography and river cruise industry preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead vendor onboarding and contract execution for European suppliers.
• Screen, contract, and onboard vendors in line with Miami Procurement policies.
• Negotiate favorable terms and manage total cost of ownership.
• Coordinate lifecycle activities: intake, routing, approvals, renewals, documentation.
• Act as liaison between US and European teams to ensure compliant onboarding.
