Zusammenfassung

Royal Caribbean Group seeks a Lead, Vendor & Procurement Onboarding to drive European supplier onboarding for Celebrity River. Based in Basel, you will coordinate with Miami and Basel teams to contract and onboard vendors, ensuring regulatory compliance and scalable processes.

You will leverage procurement systems (Oracle/SAP/Coupa), negotiate favorable terms, and align with product development, legal and operations across borders.

Qualifikationen

Demonstrated purchasing/procurement background incl. vendor sourcing, contracting and onboarding.
Proven negotiating capabilities with external suppliers and vendors.
Experience handling end-to-end supply chain processes from supplier identification to onboarding.

Aufgaben

Facilitate onboarding and contracting of European suppliers for Celebrity River, from identification to contract execution.
Develop vendor screening, information gathering and selection processes; maintain vendor profiling.
Design scalable onboarding processes and track cycle times across regions.
Coordinate end-to-end source-to-pay, including system setup, requisitions and PO coordination.
Act as mediator between US and European procurement practices to align with local regulations.
Ensure governance, risk mitigation and compliance across procurement activities.
