NTT DATA Europe & Latam in Geneva is seeking an Application and Support Engineer to work onsite, supporting the reliable operation and day-to-day maintenance of business applications and related services.

Your main duties include incident logging and resolution, monitoring performance, data analysis, and documentation. Fluent English is required with intermediate French; 5–10 years of production support experience is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of application support and production operations in enterprise environments.
• Understanding of incident, problem, change, and service request processes.
• Experience with Java applications, SQL databases, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent English communication; knowledge of French is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide application and user support for business applications; log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Monitor application performance, availability, and operational alerts; follow procedures to address issues.
• Perform data analysis, compile production statistics, and support operational tasks.
• Identify, reproduce, and document defects; apply fixes and configurations as needed.
• Validate fixes and coordinate testing for updates and releases.
• Contribute to user documentation, knowledge base, and operating procedures.
• Develop and maintain processes to automate and optimize operational load and security.
