Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience supporting production environments with Java-based apps and relational databases.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in production.
• Solid understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes including incident, problem, change and service requests.
• Knowledge of Java, SQL, relational databases, XML processing, data management, and production data flows.
• Experience with application monitoring and with automating operational activities; AWS experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide functional and technical support for business applications, managing incidents and service requests.
• Monitor application availability, performance, and operational notifications.
• Investigate production incidents and coordinate corrective actions.
• Carry out regular production activities, system checks, and data analyses.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams and external providers to maintain service continuity.
• Participate in testing activities for enhancements, fixes and new releases.
• Maintain and improve operational documentation and support procedures.
• Contribute to automation, optimization and security of processes and production schedules.
