Job summary

IBM Suisse SA is seeking a senior IT Business Analyst to join our Credit projects team in Switzerland. You will analyze business scenarios, define functional designs, manage vendor relationships, and guide IT and business staff on project delivery within the banking domain.

Required: Master’s Degree, 10+ years as an IT BA, strong knowledge of credit processes, private banking experience, Swiss residency, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree required.
• 10+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst with strong technical and functional skills on Credit projects.
• Solid understanding of banking business processes.
• Experience implementing IT Credit projects.
• Private banking experience is mandatory.
• Swiss Residency is a must.
• Fluency in English and French (written & spoken).

Responsibilities

• Analyze business scenarios/cases and contribute to business requirements definition.
• Define Functional Design Specification.
• Manage vendor application relationships (software package).
• Liaise with the business to provide guidance from an IT perspective.
• Guide business analysts, developers, and testers; ensure strong project management practices across the lifecycle.
• Identify key risks and issues and define mitigation scenarios.
