TRISTAR is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to partner closely with the Director of HR to drive strategic HR initiatives aligned with TRISTAR’s long‑term goals. You will serve as a subject‑matter expert across workforce planning, leadership development, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in HR, business, or organizational development.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 4–6+ years supporting senior leaders as an HR Business Partner.
• Professional HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or higher).
• U.S. citizen and ability to obtain security clearance.
• Experience with multi-site government contracting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
