Accelleron Switzerland Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support the Technology (R&D) and Service divisions in Switzerland. You will partner with leaders to translate people strategies into practical actions and to drive business and people performance in a fast‑moving, international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or law.
• 5+ years as HRBP or HR manager in a complex environment.
• Experience supporting technical/engineering populations.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law.
• Experience with Workday or similar HR system.

Aufgaben

• Act as strategic HR partner and trusted advisor to leaders across Technology (R&D), Service and selected Corporate Functions.
• Serve as a member of the Technology Division Management Team and contribute HR perspectives to business decisions, organizational development and people topics.
• Advise and support managers on HR practices, processes and policies, including employee relations, performance management, change management and leadership effectiveness.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, succession planning and capability development.
• Support the implementation of annual HR processes, including performance management, salary review, talent review and employee engagement activities.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers on recruitment activities for selected roles and support effective job marketing and communication.
• Use workforce and people data to identify trends, derive insights and recommend pragmatic actions that support business objectives.
• Lead or contribute to HR projects, process improvements and diverse local or global assignments.
• Foster an inclusive, engaging and high-performance culture aligned with Accelleron’s values.
• Ensure compliant and consistent HR solutions in line with Swiss employment legislation, internal policies and governance requirements.
