Danaher is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to serve as a key link between HR service delivery, associates, and people leaders in the Life Sciences HR group. The role tackles complex HR situations requiring policy, process expertise, and resolution skills within a standardized delivery model.

The preferred location is onsite in Heerbrugg, with possible remote consideration within about an hour of travel from Heerbrugg.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or HR generalist roles.
• Experience independently managing complex HR cases within policies.
• Experience using HRIS, case management systems, and related apps.
• Experience analyzing data and supporting process improvement initiatives.
• Experience with compensation or hiring support is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Resolve complex HR cases and provide subject matter expertise on employee lifecycle, policy interpretation, and benefits.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to drive local activities supporting business needs.
• Support performance management administration and documentation requirements.
• Document activities and maintain records in HR systems for compliance and reporting.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to standardization and automation across HR service delivery.
