Qualifikationen

• 10+ years leading HR M&A or corporate restructuring initiatives.
• Experience in international, matrix environments (consulting or global in-house).
• Expertise in Total Rewards, HR Operations, Change Management, and HR Systems.
• Financial acumen to evaluate M&A risk and TSAs.
• Experience handling works councils and regulatory mandates.
• Degree in HR, Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Fluency in English; German a plus.

• Steer HR transitions across international corporate deals.
• Own end-to-end HR delivery for acquisitions, divestitures, JV and restructurings.
• Partner with M&A, Legal, Finance, IT and leaders to align HR with deal objectives.
• Lead HR due diligence, identify risks, costs, and transition strategies.
• Execute HR operations streams: change management, retention, payroll, benefits, HRIS continuity.
• Engage with works councils, unions, and regulators across jurisdictions.
• Advise senior leaders and mentor HR teams through deal life cycles.
