Zusammenfassung

Breitling is seeking an HR Generalist (50%) in La Chaux-de-Fonds to drive end-to-end HR administration and employee lifecycle processes. You will ensure data integrity in the HRIS, manage absence workflows, and support payroll coordination in a fast-paced, international setting.

The role requires 3–5 years in HR Generalist work, experience in large or international organizations, and fluency in French and English. Proactive, independent work style and familiarity with HRIS tools are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist or HR Administration role.
• Experience in a large organization and/or international environment.
• Experience supporting multiple entities across various locations.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong ability to work independently in ambiguous environments, proactive and solution oriented.
• Proficient with HRIS systems and digital tools (MS Office, Excel, Canva).
• Knowledge of Mobatime and SuccessFactors is a strong asset.

Aufgaben

• Manage administrative aspects of the entire employee lifecycle (hire to retire), including contracts, changes and exits.
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of employee data in the HRIS.
• Oversee operational absence management, including medical certificates and coordination with APG and insurance providers.
• Manage family allowances, including applications, updates, and liaison with authorities.
• Ensure timely and accurate transmission of payroll variables to the payroll team.
• Lead onboarding sessions for new hires, including administrative orientation.
• Act as first point of contact for employees on HR administrative matters.
• Support various HR projects.
