Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership or a related field with 2–4 years HR experience.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred, ideally supporting a 24/7 operation.
• PHR certification considered a plus and strong knowledge of employment laws.

Aufgaben

• Manage employee relations investigations, resolve workplace issues, and support performance coaching and corrective actions.
• Proactively identify workplace trends and partner with staff to develop solutions while maintaining confidentiality.
• Support leave administration (FMLA, STD, LTD) and compliance with FLSA, ADA, OSHA and Workers’ Compensation.
• Coordinate talent development, training, succession planning, and HR projects.
• Drive retention and engagement through communication and employee advocacy; manage onboarding and HRIS activities.
